Warwick has over 25 years in the recruitment sector, and is the Group CEO for Enterprise Recruitment, who have supported businesses and job seekers for over 50 years across New Zealand. He has served as a Director of Profile Group since 2024, following Enterprise Recruitment acquiring the majority shareholding in the business.

Outside of work Warwick has three kids, with much of his downtime spent driving them to their various social and sporting activities. Outside of that when the opportunity arises you will often find him on the golf course.
