Ian brings over 25 years of experience in the recruitment sector, over which time he has served as National Board Director for the Recruitment & staffing Service Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA), sat on the New Zealand Council and been a member of the RCSA Audit & Risk committee and Executive and Partnerships and Commercial Growth committee. Ian is the Group COO for Enterprise Recruitment, who have supported businesses and job seekers for over 50 years across New Zealand and has served as a Director of Profile Group since 2024, following Enterprise Recruitment acquiring the majority shareholding in the business.

Outside of work he has one (fast growing) young man who keeps him busy and who likes to be in the office as often as possible. When not attending to his every need Ian try’s to play a bit of social sport. As a family they love to get up to Kaiteriteri, gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.
