Christchurch-born and raised, Isabella (Issy) Redmond began her career in the telecommunications industry with Vodafone, where her early success in sales sparked a growing interest in building long term client relationships.

This naturally led her into the world of recruitment a field where she quickly found her passion.

With over six and a half years of recruitment experience, Issy brings a deep understanding of both temporary and contract markets across Christchurch and Auckland. In recent years, she has specialised in the Logistics, Supply Chain, and HR sectors, partnering closely with organisations to secure top talent at all levels. Known for her genuine, relationship driven approach, Issy prides herself on understanding each client’s unique challenges and delivering tailored, high quality recruitment solutions.

Beyond her professional expertise, Issy is a passionate foodie and an accomplished home cook. She’s always happy to share a solid recommendation for a great meal or local spot to try.
