Our Team

As the only Cantabrian born and raised member of Profile Group, James joined the team in 2023, coming from a blue collar background, having had a career both in the field and in the office, with the past 18 months spent in Recruitment.

James is a big believer in, and example of, people’s ability to work their way up, and always sees the big picture; something he is dedicated in helping candidates to also achieve. Adding a personal touch to every engagement, James prides himself on his candidate and client relationships, fostering long term partnerships.

At Profile, James supports clients in recruiting general business support staff, including Administration, Office Management, EA/PA, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales and HR. 

In his own time, James loves to travel and can often be found putting his Helicopters license to use, hovering above the Canterbury plains!
