For the last 17 years, Jo’s career has centred around people leadership and labour market planning. She has led teams at the Ministry of Social Development, supported workforce development at Tokona Te Raki with Ngai Tahu, worked with the Regional Skill Leadership Group, and run her own consultancy, all driven by one passion: helping organisations plan for their future workforce.

Now Jo is excited to bring that experience to Enterprise and Profile Group, supporting skill development, performance, and building a strong, thriving team within our recruitment environment. Jo genuinely loves seeing individuals and teams reach their potential and playing her part in creating an environment where they can shine.

When she isn’t supporting our people Jo and her husband are happiest on their small North Canterbury block, caravan hooked up, heading to the lakes or exploring remote corners of New Zealand and Australia. There’s nothing quite like a roadie to find a good story and meet new people along the way.
