Louis Bentley began his career specializing in Accountant Management within the IT industry, working for UK-based companies. After leaving the UK for his overseas experience (OE) in 2007 and a couple of exhilarating ski seasons, he found himself in Christchurch. It was there that he realized the importance of advancing his career, prompting him to assume diverse roles in people leadership and change management within the Telecommunication industry, notably making valuable contributions at Telstra Clear and Vodafone.

Joining Profile Group in early 2019, Louis brought his unique blend of expertise and humour to the team. As a recruiter, Louis has supported clients in filling roles across business and accounting support, as well as some generalist experience across Supply Chain, IT, HR and Marketing too.

Having discovered his passion lies in Payroll and Accounting Support recruitment, this is his core focus within Profile Group, using his uncanny ability to find the perfect match for candidates with the right roles and businesses. 

Outside of work, Louis enjoys keeping fit, regularly practicing Squash and Thai boxing, and held the prestigious title of WKA South Island champion in his younger years! However, after numerous client meetings filled with coffee and cake, he’s taken a step back from competing and now channels his expertise into coaching at various levels.
