Louis Bentley is the General Manager and Recruitment Manager at Profile Group, specialising in Qualified Accounting recruitment across New Zealand. With a proven track record as 2x NZ Recruiter of the Year in Accounting & Finance, Louis is recognised for his solid market expertise, exceptional outcomes, and commitment to developing long-term relationships. 

Louis began his career in Account Management within the UK IT sector, working with established British companies. Seeking new opportunities, he relocated to Australia and then to New Zealand in 2009. After several ski seasons, he settled in Christchurch and transitioned into people leadership and change management roles within the telecommunications industry, delivering significant contributions at TelstraClear and Vodafone.

He joined Profile Group in early 2019, bringing extensive commercial experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven approach. As a specialist recruiter, Louis has successfully placed professionals across Accounting & Finance, Business Support, Payroll, and broader business functions, including Supply Chain, IT, HR, and Marketing. His core focus is now on Qualified Accounting recruitment, where he excels at matching high calibre candidates with roles and organisations where they can truly thrive.
