Tim began his career in accounting, gaining valuable experience across the Big Four and commercial environments before making the move into recruitment. His background gives him a practical understanding of the skills, experience and commercial pressures that shape the Accounting & Finance market, allowing him to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Tim previously worked with Profile Group, where he successfully helped more than 100 candidates take the next step in their careers. After time away from the business, he has returned to the Profile Group team, reconnecting with established relationships while continuing to build connections across the market.
Tim specialises in the recruitment of Assistant Accountants, Financial Accountants, Management Accountants, Finance Business Partners, and Finance Systems & Analyst professionals. Outside of work, Tim is a big sports fan, particularly cricket and football. He spends plenty of time with his wife and their six-year-old miniature schnauzer, and enjoys travelling when he can.
