The Role
- Processing debtors and creditors using accounting software
- Managing payroll for a small team (staff and contractors)
- Handling job-related invoicing and purchasing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Providing general office administration support
- Intermediate-level Excel reporting and data management
- Working closely with the existing team and reporting to the senior team member
- Proven experience in accounts, bookkeeping or payroll administration
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Candidates must have valid working rights for New Zealand
