The Role
This varied role includes responsibilities across both Accounts Receivable and Payable, along with general accounting support. Key tasks include:
- Accurately processing AR & AP invoices using the ERP system
- Performing daily bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Generating and sending invoices and monthly statements
- Managing credit control and customer account maintenance
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling FX payments for overseas shipments
- Reviewing and processing staff expenses
- Supporting month-end and stocktake reporting processes
- Providing friendly and professional responses to customer and supplier queries
- Assisting other regional finance teams as needed

- Previous experience in a similar accounting role (AP and AR essential)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using ERP systems
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A professional, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
