The Role
- Provide general administrative support including monitoring systems, preparing and distributing documentation, and following up on outstanding items with clients.
- Assist with financial and compliance-related administration such as processing payments, preparing notices, checklists, and related correspondence.
- Prepare basic financial summaries and supporting work papers for small clients or specific property-related matters.
- Liaise with external parties and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the broader team with special projects, workflow assistance, and general office tasks as required.
- Contribute to team meetings and share knowledge to maintain strong internal collaboration.

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role, with exposure to financial or client-related tasks.
