The Role
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Preparing payment batches.
- Assisting with tax payments.
- Managing supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records.
- Supporting month-end processes.
- Assisting with asset management.
- Providing general administration support to the wider team as needed.
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills with a helpful, professional approach.
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar operational or project-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand.
