The Role
- Processing customer payments and performing accurate bank reconciliations
- Communicating proactively with customers on overdue accounts, resolving queries, and maintaining positive relationships
- Applying and enforcing company credit policies and procedures consistently
- Managing documentation for customer returns, recharges, warranty claims, and related adjustments
- Demonstrated strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable processes, and financial reconciliation
- Understanding of inventory movements and their impact on financial records
- Highly organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Motivated, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute
- Preferably some prior experience in a similar accounts receivable or credit control role
- Valid working rights for New Zealand (essential)
