The Role
- Processing and posting general ledger entries
- Preparing and posting accruals and prepayments
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing accounts receivable processes
- Providing payroll backup through accrual entries
- Supporting month-end and period-end financial close activities
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant
- Strong understanding of, or clear willingness to learn, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reliable and detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Comfortable working in an office environment initially, with potential hybrid flexibility long-term
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand
