The Company

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and system integrations across platforms such as Sage Intacct, to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Oversee cybersecurity monitoring and risk management for finance data systems, coordinating training programmes and supporting compliance with governance requirements.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and practical guidance to colleagues on system usage, data best practices, and security protocols, helping build a confident, data-literate team.

About You

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation, process automation, or IT change initiatives, ideally with exposure to financial or enterprise systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach that builds trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and helping others develop their digital confidence.
