This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced specialist to support the administration, optimisation, and ongoing development of a core project platform.

The Role
- Configure and maintain core project platform modules, workflows, templates, and permissions.
- Develop, document, and implement best practice standards and processes.
- Manage project accounts, including tracking costs, commitments, invoicing inputs, and maintaining accurate project financials.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to users across the business.
- Create reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Liaise with platform support and third-party providers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement through automation and system optimisation.
- Monitor timesheet submissions and support accurate cost allocation and project reporting.
- Maintain staff and business data accuracy across systems.
- Assist with invoice coding, accounts payable/receivable backup, and general finance administration.
- Support office management, facilities, events, and internal communications as needed.
- Liaise with project leads to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
- Hands-on experience to manage project accounts or financials.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work proactively across multiple priorities.
- Sound judgement, particularly when handling confidential information.
- Confident communicator capable of building positive working relationships with team members, leads, and external parties.
- Experience in finance or project administration is advantageous.
- Exposure to related systems or processes (such as payroll support, HRIS, or project management tools) is beneficial but not essential.
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand.
