The Role:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis, including variance, margin, and profitability insights to support decision-making
- Lead or support project budgeting, forecasting, and business case preparation aligned with strategic objectives
- Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with business units to evaluate commercial opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Gather, validate, and manage financial and operational data ensuring integrity and accuracy
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, communicating complex information clearly
- Identify financial risks and contribute to compliance, governance, and internal control processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or law
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial finance analyst or equivalent role, with strong commercial acumen – we’re particularly interested in candidates from Big 4 or those with proven ability to deliver business value through strategic analysis
- Highly skilled in financial analysis, modelling, reporting, and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused with a passion for driving commercial outcomes
