We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join a finance support team in a customer-focused administrative role.

The Role
- Updating and contacting customers regarding direct debit issues, arrears, and dishonoured payments, including recalculating amounts and providing advice
- Agreeing and implementing payment plans within provided guidelines
- Following up with customers on payment arrangements and account status
- Processing refunds
- Providing support with sales notices
- Managing debt-related queries and responses
- Handling the main inbox, including triaging enquiries and making referrals
- Delivering general administrative support as required
- Can start immediately
- Strong attention to detail with solid data entry skills
- Experience or familiarity with accounts receivable or customer collections processes is preferred
- Some finance or administrative knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a structured environment
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand
