As they continue to expand their global footprint, they are seeking a capable Export Coordinator to play a key role in supporting their ongoing growth and ensuring the smooth movement of goods worldwide.
About the Role
Reporting to an experienced leadership team, this full-time, permanent position will see you coordinating end to end export activities, managing critical shipping and export documentation, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with customers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in keeping operations running efficiently while delivering a high level of service.
This role is ideally suited to a confident logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building strong relationships and achieving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders and international shipments
- Prepare and manage export documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage delays
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records within ERP and logistics systems
- Provide shipment updates and outstanding customer service
- Support continuous improvement across export and logistics processes
- Previous experience in export coordination, shipping, or international logistics
- Experience using CargoWise Preferred
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and freight processes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
