The Role
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices through automated interfaces and manual coding.
- Managing a busy accounts inbox, handling emails daily and routing them to the appropriate finance streams.
- Entering and managing data in internal costing and systems, with checks and validation processes in place.
- Working within core accounting platforms and supporting interfaces for invoice automation.
- Handling Accounts Receivables, general finance administration, and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Collaborating with multiple teams across the business in a complex operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing and high-volume transactional work.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy setting.
- Practical, energetic, and comfortable working as part of a team in a growing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP accounting systems and data entry processes is preferred.
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand.
