The Role
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support
- Manage day-to-day accounts administration including accounts payable and receivable, customer invoicing, reconciliations and maintenance of accurate financial records
- Coordinate key operational processes, ensuring accurate data entry, allocation and timely progression of workflows
- Assist with reporting, documentation, records management and business process support to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Deliver strong customer service by responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide broader administrative support across areas such as HR coordination, document management, meetings and projects
- Contribute to quality assurance, audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and help implement opportunities to streamline systems and processes
- 3+ years’ experience in administration, business support, operations or accounts
- Experience providing administrative or operational support to senior leaders
- Solid accounts administration experience covering payable, receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and financial record-keeping
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numerical and financial information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using business systems, spreadsheets and document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, adaptable style with sound problem-solving skills and initiative
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand
