Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the organisation's information technology environment.
Working closely with the IT Manager, the role provides technical support to users, assists with the administration and maintenance of IT systems and services, and contributes to technology improvement initiatives across the organisation.

The Role
- Providing end-user support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business
applications. - Assisting with the administration and support of Windows devices, mobile devices, Microsoft
365, Entra ID, Intune, and related technologies. - Supporting user onboarding, offboarding, account administration, and access permissions.
- Deploying, configuring, and supporting company laptops, mobile phones, and other end-user
devices used across both office and operational environments. - Troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Assisting with the maintenance and support of core IT systems and infrastructure.
- Working with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Maintaining and improving IT documentation, asset records, and system information.
- Contributing to IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Helping maintain a secure, reliable, and well-managed IT environment.
- Experience in an IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
- Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices, including laptops and mobile phones.
- A good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud and security technologies.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
