The Role
In this diverse, hands-on position reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for various entities companies, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, bank reconciliations, journals, and supporting workpapers
  • Manage return payments for corporate accounts and liaising with auditors as needed
  • Handle GST returns, inter-company reconciliations, and other compliance matters
  • Support cash flow reporting, forecasting, and cash management
  • Contribute to process improvements, streamlining workflows, and ad-hoc projects across the finance team 
  • Act as a true team player, ready to support colleagues

Your Profile
  • At least three years’ experience in a accounting or financial reporting role — we are open to first-time movers transitioning from an accounting practice (part or fully qualified) or candidates with  commercial experience 
  • Strong technical skills in month-end processes, reconciliations, variance analysis, and compliance (GST, etc.) 
  • Proficiency with finance systems and openness to leveraging new technology 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business 
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and genuine interest in contributing to a values-driven, sustainable organisation
