The Role
- Month end accounting procedures and monthly management and board reporting
- Preparation of annual financial statements and ownership of audit and tax compliance
- Annual budget and periodic forecasting, including analysis of actual results against these
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to achieve positive outcomes using your strong financial acumen
- Ad-hoc analysis and modelling on specific projects, including scenario analysis
- Using a continuous improvement mindset to improve systems and processes to maximise efficiency
Your Profile
- Qualified CA/CPA with demonstrable commercial accounting experience
- Exposure to annual accounts preparation and tax compliance
- Prior experience leading budget and forecast processes
- Exposure to ERPs, and strong Excel capability
- Desire for a part time, permanent role across 4 or 5 days a week
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand
