We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic support function, taking ownership of contract administration, resource coordination, and operational reconciliation processes.

The Role
- Prepare, issue, and manage client contracts, including handling calculations, last-minute amendments, and version control.
- Review and approve timesheets, investigating and resolving discrepancies against budgets and contract terms.
- Maintain accurate data in project management systems, setting up new projects and resources while ensuring timely updates from contract changes.
- Keep resource planning and allocations current and accurate.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and reports to reconcile data across contracts, timesheets, and project systems.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies before they impact downstream processes such as billing or reporting.
- Assess the end-to-end impact of changes to statements of work and coordinate updates across relevant areas.
- Proactively drive process improvements, recommend enhancements to templates and tools, and follow through with stakeholders to completion.
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to reviewing documents, data, and contracts.
- Confident Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions for building trackers and reconciliations.
- Proven ability to manage varied workloads efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with version control, data reconciliation, and working across multiple systems.
- Good understanding of how changes in agreements or scopes flow through to broader operational processes.
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable liaising with multiple teams to resolve issues and confirm updates.
- Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand.
