The Role
- Manage weekly/fortnightly payroll for a large workforce.
- Payroll and Employment Legislation
- Day-to-day contact with employees, managers and executives.
- Reconcile and submit PAYE and IR File as required
- Respond to complex Payroll queries and assist with the provision of help desk services
- Work closely with HR regarding the Holiday Act and Compliance
- Experience in sizeable tier-one payroll system
- Experience working with multiple CEAs
- Ideally exposure to SAP and/or Workday or size equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Work under pressure and independently
- Ideally experience with HR functions
