The Role:
- Oversee the performance, stability and continuous improvement of the organisation’s financial systems and ERP platform
- Act as finance lead for system upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes and seamless integrations with payroll, banking, asset management and other operational systems
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and auditability through robust validation, reconciliation and governance processes
- Provide business analysis and develop high-quality financial reports, dashboards and analytics tools (including Power BI)
- Design and maintain strong internal control frameworks for key processes including budgeting, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, cash management and fixed assets
- Deliver training, support and documentation to finance and non-finance users while championing system adoption and best practice
- Contribute finance input to system governance, change control and a prioritised improvement roadmap aligned with organisational strategy
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or a related field
- Proven experience working with financial systems or ERP platforms in a finance, accounting or systems-focused role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and internal control frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrations, troubleshoot issues and deliver process improvements in partnership with technical teams
- Collaborative communicator with excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to data integrity and continuous improvement
